Tuesday morning shake

Hulled hempseeds 4 scoops today
Olive oil 1/4 cup minimum
Whole milk Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
5 strawberries
3 blackberries
Small handful blueberries
Tablespoon turmeric powder
Teaspoon ground flaxseeds
Tablespoon milk thistle powder
Vanilla almond milk
Splash of orange juice

This is the shake I made today. I went heavy on the ingredients so you could see. Make sure you are ready to start eating healthy before you switch your diet. Your stomach is going to go through some changes. Cheers
