Cities Skylines Episode 14: Getting Back to Upgrading

Hello everyone, and welcome to my new series where I will be building from scratch my new city in Cities Skylines. This episode we get back to upgrading things we have pushed back for a while. We upgrade our trade school, ore industry, park, and start our oil and farming industries.
