The narrowest county in China

Yanjin County is under the jurisdiction of Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province. It is located at the junction of Yunnan and Sichuan in northeastern Yunnan, in the middle of Zhaotong and Yibin cities, bordering Junlian, Gaoxian and Xuzhou districts in Sichuan in the northeast, Yiliang in Yunnan in the south, Daguan, Yongshan, The three counties of Suijiang are adjacent to each other and bordered by Shuifu County in the north. The county is long and narrow from north to south and slightly narrow from east to west. The total area is 2091 square kilometers.
