Vvoter turnout remains at record levels in Clark County and throughout the state. As of today, nearly 45 percent of the county’s 322,269 registered voters have returned a ballot, including more than 33-thousand just over the weekend. That represents a pace well over double the rate of 2016, and well ahead of the previous voter turnout record in 2008 when more than 85 percent of voters turned in a ballot. By the way, today is the final day to register to vote online in Washington state. You can still register to vote up until 8 p-m on election night, but after today you’ll have to do so in person at the county elections office.
