Mom Leaves To Keep Watch Over The Nest 🦉 3/26/22 07:29

After returning to the nest to share breakfast with her Owlet, Mom takes off to keep watch over the nest. After a series of attempted attacks, startles, and blow-overs by the wind, Mom seems to find it safer to watch the nest from above or from another branch. This way, she can see a predator approaching the nest, rather than being caught off-guard.
