10-31-20. Join me for an episode that will specifically cover deer towers and deer food plots, and some advanced deer tactics to consider when setting up your property or a lease property when it comes to setting up a new deer tower, and especially when setting up that deer tower on a deer food plot. There are many things to consider! Sure, you can just plant a fall food plot, plop a deer tower down, and then trod in day after day in that plot, all the while getting busted in so many ways, basically degrading that deer tower and food plot combination, so that every deer in the county knows you are there, and avoids it, even through the rut! Whether you are buying land, or watching Midwest Whitetail for tips, or looking for deer hunting 2020, I believe that this episode will help you with all of those decisions and give you some great information on how to greatly improve your 2020 deer hunting opportunities! Today I will go over some of the things to consider when setting up a deer tower and hunting a deer food plot. I have learned these things over many years of trial and error, and hopefully I can share these things with you and it will help some people rethink their new deer tower and food plot setups and achieve much more success than they otherwise would have! Today I will do a case study of one particular deer tower location that I have planted 2 fall food plots in and go over the deer travel patterns, the wind directions, the food plot and land elevations and how they relate to your human scent, deer scent control, deer tower tactics, some nice big buck videos, and the evening wind thermal directions and how I place all of my deer towers. Thank you for joining me, hopefully you picked up some useful information that you can use to improve your deer hunting strategies! Thank you!
