Pongo pygmaeus borneo

The Bornean orangutan, Pongo pygmaeus, is a species of orangutan native to the island of Borneo. Together with the smaller Sumatran orangutan, the Bornean orangutan belongs to the genus Pongo which can be found in Asia. Bornean orangutans have a lifespan of 35 to 40 years in the wild, while in captivity they can live up to 60 years.
