Disabled state for the main menu and multiplayer screens; (0:16)

Part of the pop-ups update. They will be improved futher in the next update; (0:25)
Settings UI update; (0:47)
Rendering order fix for the cards in battle. Now they can overlay each other properly; (1:15)
Visual effect for the card attack, when card not destroyed but only hit points decreased. (2:06)
