A Place For Civility In Times Of Great Hostility And Crisis
2 years ago
Corrections:
-The Ukrainian official fired was not a minister but their Parliament's Commissioner For Human Rights.
-The claim was of explosives being placed under children's beds. There is a difference between bombs and explosives. I got tongue tied here.
I got into trouble recently with regard to the last episode of In|Perspective specifically with my view of the ongoing crisis in Ukraine. My views have been relatively consistent from the start: No one wakes up and decides to go to war.
This being said, in spite of the many different perspectives(outside of main stream corporate media)there is always a need for civility. We do not treat each other as mortal enemies simply because we have a disagreement.
