China's warning to the US over Taiwan: Won't hesitate to start a war

The American and Chinese defense ministers have held their first face-to-face talks in Singapore. Beijing has said that it will not hesitate to start a war if Taiwan declares independence, he further added that ' if anyone dares to split Taiwan from China, the Chinese army won't hesitate to start a war.'
