Tarp Camping in Snow and Rain

In this video I go tarp camping in snow and rain! This was my first time tarp camping and there was several feet of snow on the ground. It started to rain after I setup my shelter which made everything more difficult. I gathered firewood and started a fire to cook my food. The rain made it difficult to maintain the fire and I was not able to cook my dinner thoroughly. I was starving so I ate the under cooked steak anyways. After 30 minutes I began feeling sick. Within an hour I knew I had food poisoning. Thankfully there was a break in the weather and I was able to pack up camp and hike out that evening. I made it back safely but was sick for 24 hours. It was still a great experience!
