About Helen
Alongside her private consultancy, Helen is lead Sport Psychologist for Swim England and Cambridge University Women’s Boat Club, where she works with over 70 athletes in preparation for The Boat Race. She is the lead sport psychologist for TASS (Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme) and UCAPP athletes (University of Cambridge Athlete Performance Programme) and has over 25 years’ experience in education as a teacher.
In this interview Helen talks about her passionatefor psychology and how psychology can help and support athletes with their performance and wellbeing.
