We Are Learning the Wrong Lesson in Ukraine

The Russo-Ukrainian war enters its fourth week today; media and popular opinion about the war is that Russia's army is inept, with their failures to secure quick victory being a uniquely Russian problem. However, I argue that this analysis is plainly wrong and what conclusions we should be drawing from the war.
