The Creator of BitBoy Has Threatened to Sue Celsius in a Class Action Lawsuit!

Ben Armstrong, a cryptocurrency YouTuber, has declared his intention to pursue a class-action lawsuit against Celsius and its CEO. His problem is that he is unable to pay off loans using current cash on the platform and must instead deposit fresh dollars to do so. Because Armstrong has not "officially began moving" co-plaintiffs have yet to be added. Celsius is either bankrupt or having serious liquidity issues as a result of the crypto market crash. On Monday, the company halted withdrawals and reportedly transferred $320 million in assets to pay down loans. Users with less than $25,000 on the platform may be able to recover their assets soon.
