Life is stressful.

In fact, it seems that it's getting more and more that way everyday. Our demands as humans continue to increase as technology continues to develop. Even in our downtime our faces are typically buried in screens telling us what has gone wrong in the world and we leave very little time for ourselves to let our minds be still. Did you know that all this can lead to chronic pain?

The vicious cycle of chronic stress and chronic pain can feel hopeless, but we want to tell that there are plenty of helpful tools at your disposal. This week Ed talks about his own experiences with chronic pain, including his recent struggle with some bursitis.
