Yippee! Time for the weekend which means we get to find a sea breeze somewhere and leave the Mayor to his devices over the weekend and he can sweat out the details and the segues in the studio and look out the window and wish he was at the beach too, but he has his own agenda and that's that. Today we mix the Average White Band into Bell and James living it up for tonight and that pretty sums up the state of time for a Friday night...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
