Local World War II Veterans share their experiences
With Veterans Day coming up on Wednesday, Clark County Today is proud to announce a series of three interviews with area World War Two veterans, sharing their experiences during that horrific conflict. We spoke with Ed Haley, Stan Coleman, and Harry Generaux, all of whom are now living at the Van Mall Retirement community in Vancouver. Each man shared some amazing stories about their time serving in the various theaters of the second world war, including some absolutely incredible tales of survival. The three interviews will be postedTuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week at Clark County Today dot com, as well as on Facebook and our YouTube channel. It is our honor and privilege to bring you the stories of these brave men, in honor of the millions who fought and died to protect the freedom of so many.
