On this episode of MYG I make a National Cocktail which is found on page 55 of the Stork Club Cocktail book by Lucius Beebe (NY - 1946). The Stork Club was a nightclub in Manhattan, New York City opened from 1929 to 1965. It was one of the most prestigious clubs in the world.

National Cocktail
2 oz. (60ml) Rum
3 Dashes Apricot Brandy
3 Dashes Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. (30ml) Pineapple
Method: Pour all the ingredients over ice in cocktails shaker. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a
cocktail glass and garnish with a lime peel (optional).
