How to make Polenta in Pressure cooker with Minced Meat / Como Fazer Polenta Na Panela De Pressão Com Carne Moída
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 and 1/2 liters of water.
• 250g of corn meal.
• 1 tablespoon (very full) of margarine or butter.
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
• 400g of minced meat.
• 1 cup of tomato sauce.
• 200g of sliced mozzarella.
• Seasonings (it can be meat broth, vegetable broth, seasoning, salt, black pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, etc.)
PREPARATION:
1. Put 1 liter of water in the pressure cooker, add the seasonings, the margarine and the olive oil and let it boil.
2. Separately, dissolve the corn meal in 1/2 liter of water and add it to the boiling water in the pressure cooker.
3. Stir well, adjust the salt, cover the pan and leave it on low heat for 20 minutes after the pan starts to sizzle.
4. Meanwhile, cook the minced meat as you prefer, then add the tomato sauce, add seasonings and set aside.
5. Turn off the pan, release the pressure, open and stir well.
6.Place half of the polenta in a platter, spread slices of mozzarella, place the rest of the polenta and add the minced meat with sauce on the top.

INGREDIENTES:
• 1 e 1/2 litros de água.
• 250g de fubá.
• 1 colher (de sopa bem cheia) de margarina ou manteiga.
• 3 colheres (de sopa) de azeite de oliva.
• 400g de carne moída.
• 1 sachê de molho de tomate.
• 200g de mussarela fatiada.
• Temperos à gosto (pode ser caldo de carne, de legumes, sazón, sal, pimenta-do-reino, cebola, alho, salsinha etc.)
MODO DE PREPARO:
1. Coloque 1 litro de água na panela de pressão acrescente os temperos, a margarina o azeite de oliva e deixe ferver.
2. À parte dissolva o fubá com 1/2 litro de água e junte na água que está fervendo na panela de pressão.
3. Mexa bem, acerte o sal, tampe a panela e deixe na pressão em fogo baixo por 20 minutos após a panela começar a chiar.
4. Enquanto isso refogue a carne moída do modo que preferir, depois acrescente o molho de tomate e reserve.
5. Desligue a panela, tire a pressão, abra e mexa bem.
6.Coloque a metade da polenta numa travessa, espalhe fatias de mussarela, coloque o restante da polenta e por cima coloque a carne moída com o molho.
