We have been in this house for just over 5 years and the owner has only fixed one thing on the house,

There was a wood heater in the house when we looked at the house before we started to rent it, around 2 days before I was due to move in we saw a plumbers car parked out the front of it and we entered the house to find a plumber who turned out to be the owner of the house putting in a 2nd hand heater into the house, both error lights were on the heater from day one, till the start of 2020 when the heater stopped working altogether, as you can see by the photo it's now Nov and we have gone 9 months without a heater other than 3 electric heaters,

The real-estate has sent out a local business to a quote for a split system but as we have said to them its a waste of time putting one into the house due to the set up on it, then they sent out someone to do a quote for a center-heating system for the house but to this day nothing has happened,

with an older house, it moves with the weather and the front door and we had to move the door lock 3 times now and you can see it been moved on a number of time beforehand, as anyone would know Ballarat gets really cold and we are sick of paying power bills of $500-$690 a month at some times, Not working it makes it hard as. We got another phone call from the real-estate 3 days ago and again we asked them what is going on with the heater and again she states that she is waiting for the owner to get back to her, how hard is it to get someone out to put a new heater into the house? we have a 10-year-old who has a heater in her room and that runs the bills up but we won't let our daughter be cold where she is going to get sick at our house.

The dishwasher stopped working in Feb 2020 and it took 4 months for them to replace it after 10 emails and phone calls to the real-estate,

As you can see by the photos the house is run down and needs money spent on it
