Serbia just SHOCKED everyone and the EU is not happy about it

The European Union says that it expects Serbia to sanction Russia and Serbia says it is not interesting. Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić says that he does not see the difference between NATO's attack on Serbia and NATO's involvement in Ukraine and does not want to play Western politics.
