5 minute banded Tabata workout: Elevate your heart rate & burn calories

This is a 5-minute banded Tabata workout which means we do each movement for 20 seconds followed by a 10-second rest. All of the exercises use a booty band but if you don't have one you can do them without any equipment. The band simply adds more resistance, which increases the intensity.

Since this is a short workout, just add it to the end of a workout for a quick burnout. Remember that it's only 20 seconds of work at a time, so push yourself. Unlike cardio workouts where you pace yourself, Tabata workouts are meant to be short and intense bursts. You got this!
