Prayer Service Denied at War Memorial in Western Australia

Every Wednesday the Perth Pink Panther and friends hold a respectful prayer service at Kings Park, Western Australia. However, on 15 June 2022 the police served a legal notice from the RSL to the Pink Panther instructing him/them to stop. Hear also - Kelly Newton-Wordsworth sing "Lest We Forget". Is this measure a politically motivated attack by the WA Labor government? (Sure looks like it) Can the WA Labor government stop prayer services being conducted in public?
