One Kettlebell Single Leg Dead Lift

The one kettlebell single leg dead lift along with the single leg squat is one of the best exercises you can do for your legs. It places demands on the most important posterior chain while challenging the core and your balance. You can use your body weight in this exercise or place the weight in the opposite hand of the working leg. Bring the bell down to your opposite mid chin. Keep your free leg straight and bring it high enough so that is parallel to the ground, flexing your foot. Ensure that you keep your back flat and retain the soft bend in you're working knee. When people execute this exercise they often look forward and open up the hips, taking the body out of alignment and losing the power of the exercise.
