I realize my choice of pronunciation for the name Jervas will be controversial, but frankly it's not a name I've ever heard or seen used before, and it felt to me like it wanted to be pronounced according to the French name Gervais. With a bit of poking around, as best I can tell, the spelling of Jervas is indeed an Anglicization of Gervais, so I reverted it back to its olde French pronunciation.
