Hi friends, This week we are going to stretch it out! Unroll your mat, grab your blocks and let's get busy! We will do lateral stretches, inner thigh and light up the entire IT band. Sexy legs for summer!

Today is going to be another quick flow. One you can do on your lunch break , do if you are short on time or right before bed.
