Old Fashioned
1 Sugar Cube
4 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
3 oz. (90ml) Wild Turkey 101 Rye
Method: Add Sugar cube, bitters, and a dash of Soda to an Old-Fashioned Glass. Add ice, Whiskey and stir to mix.
Garnish: Orange peel and Cherry

Boulevardier
1 oz. (30 ml) Russel’s Reserve Bourbon
1 oz. (30 ml) Campari
1 oz. (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth
Method (Stir and Strain Over Ice): Pour all ingredients over ice directly in a Mixing glass or Beaker. Stir for roughly 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Half Orange Slice tucked in between the ice and the side of the glass
