Cape floods

Strong winds and heavy rains are causing havoc as an intense cold front persists across Cape Town.
Flooding and power outages have been reported in various parts of the metropole.
The cold front, which hit the Western Cape on Sunday, has brought significant rainfall on Monday and Tuesday and Disaster Risk Management teams are on high alert.
