Putin: the sale of Russian gas to Europe only for rubles. No payment, no gas! Part 2

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that sets out the rules for trading Russian natural gas with so-called unfriendly states. We offer counterparties from such countries a clear and transparent scheme. In order to purchase Russian natural gas, they must open ruble bank accounts with Russian banks. It is from these accounts that payments will be made for the gas that Russia supplies from April 1, 2022.
If such payments are not made, then Russia will consider this as a default on the part of the buyer.
Nobody sells anything to Russia for free.
And Russia is also not going to engage in charity.
