Russell Bentley an American who has lived in The Donbass region of Ukraine for the last decade or so reports on the war crimes continuing to occur where Ukrainian forces are shelling civilian targets with heavy artillery and rockets supplied by NATO countries. Ukraine is losing the war, but they continue to kill and injure their own civilians, purposefully.
