SHTF Training Scenario: FINANCIAL COLLAPSE

Today I offer an SHTF training scenario that uses the possible black swan event of a financial collapse to test the readiness of your prepping and preparedness for the possible future economic collapse or disaster. A lot of preppers try to prepare for the inevitable, however most of the training is theory. In this episode of Hobo Prepping, I offer a realistic scenario that will help you navigate the possible SHTF situations in the event that your prior planning failed or was inadequate.

In this scenario, if you own a small business, you had a black swan event that closed your doors. If you're an employee, you just received your pink slip. Banks are demanding payment, what do you keep? You decide to litigate whatever you can to keep the essential things. Once you've been evicted due to foreclosure or just a rental eviction, you're now sleeping on a friends couch. How long does that last. Now that we've ran through the scenario, what do you have left and how well prepared are you now that you've survived the first days of an economic collapse? Now that you've been evicted, now you have to move out of your house or apartment and are now living on the streets.

Completing the other half of this SHTF scenario will be done on your Friday after work. You will put your phone in airplane mode, take your bag and whatever else you managed to keep to carry with you and spend the next 60 hours living on the streets in a somewhat controlled scenario. Your goal will be to create a network of side gigs and contact that you can rely on for income to support yourself. Monday morning, at 5 am, the scenario is done and you need to hurry home and get cleaned up for work.
