Crazy Buyers

I️ love my clients! I️ get a text message from these clients that said “we think we are a little crazy but you can tell us how crazy we are after we look.” So we look at the house and see how much work this place really needs…. Then they ask me, “are we crazy?” Haha. I’m the wrong person to ask that question to, I’ve done a project like this before. I️ was in way over my head but it turned out to be a great house. I️ said, of course you are crazy. That’s why we get along so well.
