Kara Gunter Fielding Skills 2020

2020 was the year of the pandemic. After Kara makes first team All State in both her sophomore and junior years, she saw her senior year of high school season cancelled. Nevertheless, Lady Lasers Blue played 7 summer events in June and July traveling throughout Ohio, South Carolina, and finishing in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Lasers went 32-13-1 and won a second straight USA Softball of Ohio State Championship and finished 17th of 70 of the best teams in America at Gold Nationals in OKC. When Kara wasn't pitching, she played shortstop. Fielding wise, Kara made 33 putouts, had 69 assists, and committed 4 errors over 46 games for a fielding percentage of .962
