HRW Complains Because Government AVOIDED Violence?

US-funded anti-government protesters in Thailand and their Western backers have all complained because of measures the Thai government took to prevent another episode of violence and vandalism by the mobs.

I explain how and why they claim to be "peaceful protesters" but complain when prevented from carrying out violence and vandalism.
