Lowes Committing FRAUD - Do Not Give Your Credit Card - Drained My Bank Account Per Their Policy

Lowes put in their policy that they can charge your card multiple times if you use your credit card or give them the number. Outrageous Policy to commit Fraud and Theft. I know I will get all the experts telling me the difference in credit card or visa debit. Visa debit card is both credit and debit, credit requires signature, debit requires pin. Both are protected by LAW for unauthorized use. For Those that say if it is their policy then they can do it, YOU ARE WRONG, you cannot make policy that violates LAW. If Lowe's had policy to slap you if you were rude, it is NOT valid, it violates law. Contract Law CANNOT violate criminal LAW.
