Education trust fund

In this video I show you the u.s. code for the National Security education trust fund. You probably never heard of this and I think it might be because the government doesn't want you to know that they have money for you to use and that you never have to pay them back for it. And also because they're using that money to make money off of.

But there might be more to it than what's written on the page so try to read in between the lines here.
