Police Plan to Dismantle the Ottawa Freedom Protest Didn’t Need the Emergencies Act

According to police testimony during a parliamentary committee meeting, on February 12, 2022 before the Emergencies Act was invoked, police had a plan and adequate police resources in place to dismantle the Ottawa freedom protest before the Emergencies Act was invoked.
