SMOKING CHICKEN WINGS IN BRADLEY SMOKER |HIKE NORTH SASKATCHEWAN RIVER EDMONTON RIVER VALLEY VLOG

Today we head down to the Devin River Valley to check out the ice flow in the North Saskatchewan river & cook some smoked chicken wings in the Bradley smoker. The North Saskatchewan River is Glacier Fed Starting at the Columbia Icefields and flowing east to central Saskatchewan where it meets the south Saskatchewan River. We Dust off the old Bradley Smoker and Fire it up to smoke some chicken wings. we marinated the chicken wings in olive oil, fresh lemon juice, steeped tea jam rockin dry rub, sea salt and garlic. We used a light Applewood Puck to smoke the wings. after pulling them out of the smoker we tossed some of the wings with dill pickle and salt & vinegar popcorn seasoning and well.... They where AMAZING!!!
