Ingredients

80g flour
70ml milk

100g condensed milk

650ml heavy cream
double cream

40 ladyfingers
large

200ml coffee

100g coconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Add milk to a pot and bring it to a boil.
Step 2
In a cold sauce pan, add flour and boiled milk little by little.
Step 3
Turn heat on (low heat) and whisk everything together for about 3/4 mins or until it starts to thicken.
Step 4
If there are some lumps, don’t worry! Simply mix everything with a hand mixer!
Step 5
Add condensed milk in and whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Add your cream to a bowl, cover with cling film and let it completely cool down.
Step 7
In a bowl, whip heavy cream (cold from the fridge), then incorporate your milk cream and mix until smooth.
Step 8
Make some coffee with a moka or cafetière and let it cool down.
Step 9
Pour cold coffee in a shallow dish and dip your ladyfingers in for a couple of seconds each side.
Step 10
Layer your soaked biscuits in a dish, spread some of your cream on top and add some of your coconut flakes. Repeat.
Step 11
Let your tiramisù rest in the fridge for a couple of hours or even better overnight and decorate with some more coconut on top.
