Kubota Tractor L4400 - Help Loose Steering Wheel or What? Wheel Changes Position For Going Straight

I think I got answers to this.
Kubota dealer told me I have Hydrostatic Steering and this is normal.
Cotter Pin is more permanent over Hitch Pin
Rattle was not mower but ROP (roll bar) from installing roof
