When Kash was subpoenaed by the January 6th committee, he submitted the Department of Defense timeline that was signed off on by the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Secretary of the Army, and 30 other officers in the United States military, as well as Kash himself. He also entered other timelines and memorandums regarding delegations of authority relating to January 6th, as well as actions they took for troop deployment.
