First, I must apologize for saying "Bidon" vs. BIN-DON in the video. I was mentally absent apparently and I didn't catch it until I was in editing. With that being said, the Armson OEG, or occluded eye gunsight, is an early red dot sight that relied heavily on what was originally known as the SinglePoint aiming system. Glyn Bindon brought the later Armson OEG, which was built in South Africa, to the United States which would ultimately evolve into Trijicon. The Armson OEG had the ability to work forever with ambient light or work for about 5-7 years in darkness using tritium to illuminate the dot.
