My Dad in severe pain from damaged vertebrae and severe foot and leg cramps

My father has worked hard his entire life to provide for his family. He worked in landscaping for the county, he was a federal postal carrier in Baltimore, worked in private companies as maintenance, and now is doing groundskeeping for the county, once again working for his community. At this point he can not stand up straight, lay down, nor can barely stand up for 10 minutes while hunched over. This video is blsck because he did not know I was recording it, it's audio only of him screaming and crying at 1am from severe pain. He needs back surgery, physical therapy, and a miracle!
