Rowan Dean says US Vice President Kamala Harris is "certainly unburdened by much in the grey matter department".
Mr Dean showed several instances of Kamala Harris repeating similar variants of the same line at different speeches over the years.
Ms Harris has used variants of the phrase: "See what can be, unburdened by what has been", while talking on numerous issues.
"Here on Outsiders, we recognise that Kamala Harris is certainly unburdened by much in the grey matter department – whether she can see it or not," Mr Dean said.
