2 years ago Coelogyne pandurata was up potted, as it was doing so well in the smaller pot during it's first year. With a new growth coming, eventually, new roots will come as well, however, the growth habit of Coelogyne pandurata has an extended rhizome, so... the new growth is already pushing up against the edge of the pot, making it difficult for any new roots to get into the pot. While I clean up the Coelogyne pandurata root ball, I recount a story of when I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, in Tanzania!
