This chicken might make you give up smoking brisket , it’s so delicious!
You can use boneless breasts or split breasts or any cut of chicken , but the boneless breasts slice nicely when cooked. You’ll need some heavy duty foil wrap it and a half or whole stick of butter to add to the foil. Cook until it reaches 140-145 degrees using a temperature probe . Then wrap it and wait for it to reach at 160-165. Remove and let rest 15-30 minutes for best flavor. Enjoy!
