This video shows you foods to eat to get 125 grams of fat on the keto diet. If you eat 1500 calories a day, you will need to eat foods providing 125 grams of healthy fat. According to keto macros of 75% of calories for fat, 15% of calories for protein, and 5% of calories for carbohydrates.
In this video, I show one way to do this. In other videos, I will show more ways to accumulate 125 grams of fat. You can mix and match these foods of varying amounts to add up to other fat macros depending on your calorie needs.
