Keto is super easy to do. On a ketogenic diet, you just have to remember:
1. fatty meats and healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, butter, avocado oil. Use tallow or lard or coconut oil to cook with. Or bacon fat. 2. low carb vegetables like leafy greens. 3. Low-carb fruits like berries and avocado. 4. moderate exercise as well, if your goal is to lose weight.
I lost 110 lbs with a low-carb eating approach. I eliminated sugars, grains, rice, beans, and processed foods including very damaging vegetable seed oils.
There are so many recipes on keto and so many yummy alternatives to the carby foods you love.

Keto/low-carb has changed my life.

Multiple afflictions, both physical and mental, were cured or greatly diminished following a ketogenic diet - a diet that has you burning fat for energy instead of glucose.
Asthma is almost eradicated.
Sleep Apnea is history.
IBS gone.
Hemorrhoids gone.
Eczema gone.
Type 2 Diabetes reversed -- the doc even took me off the glucometer.
Heart healthier.
Moods even. I am so much calmer. I laugh more.
Even energy -- fewer highs and lows.
Never sick.
