A third example meal for the keto diet to get your fat in. There is healthy fat in eggs and sausage and cheese used in this meal example (don't listen to low-fat people, low-fat dogma is well-debunked). Carbs in sugar and starch and grains are the real villain. Meat is highly nutritious and the vitamins and minerals, and iron, and protein are more complete and much more available for the body to absorb.
I eat this way, mostly avoiding plants and grains and processed foods, especially processed vegetable/seed oils, and my health has done a glorious 180. I lost 110 lbs and reversed a number of health challenges, such as type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, IBS, eczema, foot callous, and asthma. I feel twenty-five years younger.
