This is keto meal idea #9 for getting you to 20 grams of carbs a day or less. Ketosis is the desired fat-burning state on the high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet known as the keto diet. Ketosis is almost guaranteed if you keep your carbs to 20 net grams of carbs or less a day.
